This year's Gathering attendees are invited to stay at the JW Marriott Hotel New Orleans. COSEBOC has reserved a block of rooms for attendees of the conference.
Each Gathering attendee will be responsible for making his or her own reservation via the reservation line, 1-800-771-9067, and will be responsible for room, tax, and incidental charges. Be sure to mention COSEBOC as the room block is listed under that name.
Please make note of the following deadlines requested by the Marriott. (If you plan on booking outside of our conference block then please contact Marriott Reservations directly at 1-800-Marriott.)
Room Block Cutoff Date - Wednesday, April 1, 2009 at 4pm - After this date any rooms currently being held in your block will be released back into our general inventory.
Reservation Changes - April 1, 2009 - We will do our best to accommodate any changes to reservations in your room block however we will not be able to guarantee any requests past this date, except for name changes to already existing reservations and cancellations.
